7 Royal Investments was founded with a simple idea: Alabama families deserve quality rental homes managed by people who actually care. We saw too many properties that were poorly maintained, overpriced, and managed by landlords who were impossible to reach.

We set out to do it differently. Every home in our portfolio is inspected, maintained, and managed to a standard we'd want for our own families. We source listings from trusted platforms like Zillow and manage them directly — so you always have a real person to call.

Based in Foley, Alabama, we invest in communities across the Gulf Coast region — from Daphne and Fairhope to Spanish Fort and Gulf Shores. We know these neighborhoods because we live in them.
